Mechanism of Action Landscape

Welcome! The Mechanism of Action Landscape (MOAL) is a framework to identify drug mechanism of action (MOA) sets with similar or opposite toxicity. The motivation of this work is to reduce the number of drugs to evaluate in combination since it is exponentially expensive to test drugs in combination and most cancers develop resistance to single-drug treatments. Starting with almost 2 million potential drug pairings, MOAL can prioritize just about 100 drug MOA pairings to reduce the financial barrier to testing of drug combinations.
